Apparently, there are at least 2 rares/mythics in each pack, which makes it feel slightly better. Steelshaper's Gift being bumped to rare is a bit more painful.

I am 100% certain their ideal way to play this set is commander draft, for the dumbest pack-moving reasons possible.
