Why did WOTC save the names of such iconic places for the reskins? Could they not have been included in the main set???
You want only so many lands in your set. As re-skins you don't need to adhere to a certain number of slots for Limited, but still can have the locations represented in card form, while you also get a few reprints out there.

Oh, they switched away from the Ikoria convention of using the original card name on the reskin. I guess they probably did this ages ago and I just didn't pick up on it until now.
My question is, why in a set so clearly designed with Commander in mind, do they reprint Karakas?
Are Legacy players really in dire need of said reprint?
