Rise of the Witch-king2BG
Sorcery (Uncommon)
Each player sacrifices a creature. If you sacrificed a creature this way, you may return another permanent card from your graveyard to the battlefield. In rode the Lord of the Nazgûl, under the archway that no enemy ever yet had passed, and all fled before his face.
This kind of effect is usually WB territory, but BG can do it on occasion. Nice to finally see a reanimator effect on the ame card as a Fleshbag Marauder effect.
Ok nice sacrifice and getting the creature ba…wait
return another permanent card from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Ok wizards makes questionable choices with cards. That’s definitely not suppose to be a uncommon with a recur any permanent thing This cheats out portal to phyrexia and in sultai decks Omniscience
For an extra 2 it does a bit more work than Deadly Brew.
so much more work. 'to hand' versus 'to the battlefield' is massive. goes from bad/niche to super strong. just the 'each player sacs a creature' is usually a 3 mana effect, coming with the body you sac.
