Haven't been too keen on this set, but I like this card and have a couple decks I'd consider it for. Three mana for those three abilities is really good.
So currently, Sigarda's Aid and Puresteel Paladin are occasionally accompanied by Kor Outfitter in Hammertime. I don't see this supplanting either of the first two, but maybe it's preferable to Outfitter?
Of course, there could also be an alternate strategy where you just play equipment reanimator
