The first precon from March of the Machine is Call for Backup. It's a RGW deck showcasing the new mechanic backup, with a minor +1/+1 counter theme. Joining Bright-Palm, Soul Awakener at the lead are the team-up of Shalai and Hallar. Full decklist is here.

Well to say the the notable reprints and this is sadly commander 2018 all over again so far

the one And only notable reprint is Kalonian Hydra a $15 card

the honorable mentions are only $3 and that’s Strionic Resonator and flameshadow conjuring

and the $2 stuff are just in general staples
