Wait, is that Sliver deck going to have brand new Slivers? If yes, I'm buying one to sit on, one to just play out of the box, one to throw in ABUR duals/Fetches/Shocklands, and four to make a new deck if this has brand new Slivers.
2. Fallaji Wayfarer is a 5-color creature thats allowed in lower color decks despite that "is all colors" part
Yes, but it's not allowed in a deck without green in its commander's color identity. Critical distinction.
Judging by the colorless symbol on the deck, I'm going to say it really is a colorless identity deck that isn't going to have devoid eldrazi or any colored mana symbols in it unless it's on new cards that sneak in colored mana symnbols on reminder text for a new ability like the previously-mentioned extort. They're taking a big swing with this deck, I think, but I doubt they'd do something that forced a commander rules change (unless they have already consulted with the rules committee and it's on its way).
The three cards shown alongside the announcement don't personally excite me. Commander is my preferred format, but the first time around my playgroup immediately decided not to run Jeweled Lotus as soon as it was previewed. (Honestly Sol Ring is too swingy for my taste but it's put in basically every pre-con even lol so we've just kinda accepted that one.) The dragon doesn't do anything for me since I already had that pre-con. I'm sure the set itself will have more interesting stuff that fits my tastes, but this is one of the first times I haven't been excited by an announcement teaser.

Honestly, all they really need to do is put 20+ Wastes and a vaguely decent set of other cards and I'd be happy. The cards are easily there to get to commander precon level in a colorless deck without even digging into the real high dollar stuff.
Remember when we were all joining together to send a message to WotC about their predatory practices and cash grabs by just doing what they tried to sell us for $1000. You know, make PROXIES. I member...

Please, mill me. Mill my important cards. Mill my lands. Mill it all. Because I will still deal 20 damage before you can mill 45 cards most every time.
What mighty annoys me is that this product seems to be much lazier than Commander Legends was (no original cards, but good mythic reprints). Except it's more than twice the price of Commander Legends.
I think they might be targeting the wrong audience this time : most Commander Players at my LGS were already reluctant to pay for a Commander Legends draft or any product related to it because it was too expensive. I might be extrapolating a bit, but if most players are like this, it's very unlikely this set will do well with its supposedly prime target.
This works for me. I have most of the Slivers I need for my commander deck, brand new Slivers in a Precon commander deck REALLY excites me! Haven't bought any sealed product until now when this is revealed and goes on sale. My only concern is Sliver Overlord is near perfection, be interesting to see if they can top him.
But here’s the golden question for the eldrazi deck
are Any of the commanders gonna have a loophole to let you use the devoid cards even though a colorless deck
oh by the way
I'm pretty sure that’s not Ulamog
The conspiracy might have been true it’s more than 3 titans
If I had to guess, I'd say it's a reincarnation or remnant of Ulamog, given how similar it looks. Each of the three titans embodies or represents one of three different nebulous destructive forces (consumption, distortion, and corruption), and given how limited our sparing human comprehension is of these eldritch horrors, I don't quite believe that they could be permanently destroyed just by binding them and throwing a bunch of fire at them.
But then again, we don't even know if the Multiverse has other Eldrazi titans lurking in corners of the Blind Eternities that we've never seen before, so it could very well be a new titan after all.
The problem with defining this format by what is "fun" is that everyone seems to define fun as what they don't lose to. If you keep losing to easily answered cards, that means you should improve your deck. If you don't want to improve your deck, then you should come to peace with the idea that you are going to lose because you chose to not interact with better strategies.

Wait, if the Sliver commander is brand new, does he/she count among the 10 brand new cards in the deck?
I wonder if a new sliver legend will be a throwback to sliver queen and create tokens. I think an effective reprint with changing the cost to 3 to create the tokens or let you tap slivers to create more slivers is likely.

Not making a prediction, but the reserved list notably only forbids complete functional reprints and Sliver Queen is not exactly broken, so there's no particular reason they couldn't just print it as an otherwise identical 8/8.
Not just to be a contrarian but I hope we don't go back to the Edge of Tomorrow style slivers and stay true to the cause of the original Tempest design. It's okay to go either way with the all slivers or just your slivers getting to share in the hive.
Edit: Been thinking on what new abilities for slivers we may yet see. Looter/Connive (draw/discard - possibly on combat damage), Scry, regular Cycling, Riot, Explore, blue Flash, Convoke, Wither, Morphling (C: +1/-1 or -1/+1), Flicker/Astral Slide on self for cost, ETB gain life/opponent lose life, Doomed Necromancer (sac to rez a creature), Qasali Pridemage (C, sac: Destroy artifact/enchantment)
Those Amazon prices are absurd. The Collector Box works out to $57.50 a pack.
LGSs are going to be hit hard by this, and players won't fair much better. At the prices listed you have to get practically get god boxes in order to make it worth it and with their being even more cards in this the EV is going to be wildly random.

In the beginning, there was purple.
Then, there was the Ur-Dragon, before the purple. And he saw that it was boring.
So he created everything else.

Seems like we're also getting an Avacyn reprint.

Unfortunately yes. The Modern Horizon Slivers. I'm going to have to be the miracle that brings symmetrical Slivers back one last time. Or twice.
I'd dance with joy if they ever gave us a Sliver Hive depicting the M14/M15 Slivers, or if they gave us The Skep.
