He's cool and a throwback to the original Jin. if you want to play non phyrexians, you can too since they'll just some out for free again at {III]
Might even be preferable with ETB/LTB triggers. A nice example is the new Heliod - the front face is non-Phyrexian with an ETB triggered ability, the back face is a Phyrexian and stays. Top-notch.

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.

I'm pretty sure by the time that the Jin flips back that you can just flip him back to saga form to double the amount of cards playable once he free spells is available.

Chapter III doesn't say "this turn," so you'd need to cast whatever spells you want at the time the ability resolves, then he flips. No time to double up unfortunately.

True but what you could do is cast enough spells of chapter III so that your hand goes down to exactly 7, then pay 3U to flip Jin again and draw back up to 14.
This card is wild. Definitely mythic worthy, absolutely insane abilities on that saga. I wonder how the other colors will match it.

Finally a good white villain quote: "So, do I ever re-evaluate my life choices? Never, because I know what I'm doing is a righteous cause."

we begin with a Whelming Wave for phyrexians
Pick your poison.
…… we got 34 brand new proliferate cards and blue has the most plus Staff of Compleation and 5 mana you can get to that Omniscience for just 6 life (3 mana Zirda, the Dawnwaker or power artifact 1 mana with both)
Still hidden behind 9 mana and needing 7 cards in hand. I wouldn't sweat it too much.
