Here are two creatures with toxic, and two more support pieces. To help toxic 1 and toxic 2 are another counterspell with set mechanic, and more toxic. And yes, toxic does stack. Branchblight Stalker becomes toxic 3 and Dune Mover becomes toxic 2.
The sloppy grammar continues. Audacity's "draw card", Scheming Aspirant's "and and", now Bring the Ending's "it's controller"...I'm worried about Wizards's ability to proofread anything now.
So what's the Toxic count of a card with Toxic 2 and Toxic 1?

Multiple instances of toxic are cumulative. Toxic 2 and toxic 1 on the same creature will result in three poison counters.
Yes, the most important thing about that card clearly is that if you get nine different lands into play and a specific card and another specific card, and then you activate the ability of the first card and then you activate the ability of the second card, and then you attack with the first card, and it goes through unblocked, but for some reason you don't attack with the second card as well, AND you somehow didn't manage to give a single poison counter to your opponent yet, then you will have won a whole turn earlier than if you just attacked with the first card one more time.

At least one card cares about precisely Toxic count. Will it count that card as having Toxic count = 2 or Toxic count = 3?

I already know what your trying to do
im Well aware how hard the condition is I’m just saying we got a way to turn the monument into a phage the untouchable hit if we turn it on.
besides everyone keeps forgetting something snow-basics or rootpath purifier are loop holes to get different named basic lands

I think the creature has one instance of toxic 1 and a separate instance of toxic 2. So they aren't summarize together. I wouldn't put my money on it, tho.
Something like Goliath Hatchery would draw you still 2 cards in my opinion. That is my understanding how the mechanic works. But maybe someone else knows more about it.

Goliath Hatchery explicitly says "total toxic value." Seems hard to interpret that as not adding them up to me, but we'll see what the rules update says soon enough.

Here's principal Magic editor Matt Tabak on whether toxic stacks.
I’ve seen this asked a few times: Multiple instances of toxic are cumulative. Toxic 2 and toxic 1 on the same creature will result in three poison counters. #WotCstaff #MTGONE
Yeah the question isn't if the opponent get 3 or 2 poison counters when damaged by a creature with toxic 1 and 2. I already answered that question above. The set has a card called Goliath Hatchery which cares for the toxic value on the creature. How does that card work on a creature with toxic 1 and 2? Note that Matt Tabak never said that the creature has toxic 3 now.

Goliath Hatchery also says "total toxic value" like Plague Nurse.
So from the cards text so far, Jace activates the sylex, which would wipe out new phyrexia, then moron Elspeth somehow gets into the way to stop it? Why did they even bring her?

that was because she Kaya and kaito realized “wait a minute if the seedcore was already connected to planes there a chance all of those planes would also be hit by the sylex explosion.”

The fact that Jace had to trick Kaya to activate the Sylex but does so before his mind is claimed implies to me that the heroes in general have a difference of opinion - probably a last-minute revelation of the consequences of activating the bomb, where Jace is fine with it, but Elspeth and Kaya are not.

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.

Consequences smonsequences
They have one job here, to wipe out phyrexia and they failed.
Wiping out half the known multiverse is not in the mission, and honestly is a stupid solution. "We saved several planes from destruction by the Phyrexians... by destroying them ourselves!"

Planeswalkers have their individual agendas. Not caring about your "job" is a very relatable situation. And characters have been judged on their choices when going through with a job as often as they have been judged for abandoning a job.

If Phyrexia was a real threat and not something that will inevitable crumble in a dumb way when the plot requires it, it woulb be a perfectly fine solution

How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.
