Did they call this [card]Bite Down[/car]d variant infectious because your creature dealt damage and now everyone else has a poison counter, kinda like pesudo-infect?
Stupid deck brewer me would put this into an Arcane Bombardment and go to town with spellslinging until either a) their board is done or b) they have enough poison they can't even get up from the boofery.
