Nice flexibility. Kinda like Snakeskin Veil, lets a sometimes dead protection spell have an aggressive use so the question of "why run protection when you could run another threat?" doesn't have to push it out of your deck.

He doesn't get a card in the set, but he is at least seen here and in one of the published stories seemingly getting killed (but maybe survives?). Not quite a Dack situation, who died in an animated video but wasn't mentioned anywhere in the set or the tagalong homepage stories.

Actually Dack Fayden was featured and died in the (terribly written) novel that went with War of the Spark.
The no book spoilers policy this site has was created after I bought said novel in a local store ahead of the official release date and the story was discussed (in spoiler tags) on here. Domri Rade fans had it worse, lol.
