Our first precon for the set is the RW Rebellion Rising precon. It has major tokens- and Equipment-matters themes, with a minor Rebel tribal subtheme. Joining Neyali, Suns' Vanguard at the lead is her pet firebird Otharri. Decklist is here.
Oh wow some nice tools. More card draw in white, Clever concealment is another protection card, another addition to the mooaarrr cooommmbbbaattt phases red cards, some nice token support cards. The Phoenix commander looks fun.
Ixhel precons second commander will be Vishgraz than?
Clever concealment: thats what were gonna call a budget teferi's protection for sure its still phenomenal even though it doesn't include lands and yourself especially since your creatures can handle the cost (reminder don't phase out all the creatures you will be completely exposed for attacks if you do.)
pheonix: as long as it's rebel tribal its gonna be another commander in the category that dodges commander tax.
I think that clever concealment won’t be much more expensive than the 50 cent lethal scheme from New Capenna (at least initially).
Why? Because the very same deck first printing concealment is also reprinting flawless maneuver, which I think is generally going to be preferred over concealment.
The reprint of maneuver is likely going to drive down its price, reducing demand for a next-best card.

Like some of the reprints, too. Looks good to me.

resistance: THATS COOL! that card easily reminds me of Gahiji, Honored One
staff: i say don't sleep on this one if any commander deck (or the commander) makes tokens this is a must in the deck if white is a color in the deck

Now we need a gruul and an izzet one to go full circle?
