Vraska is next to fall to Phyrexia. Now we get to see her actual abilities, including new-to-monoblack Treasure transmutation. On the safe side, a picture of The Wanderer's new card that's about as clear as the leak.
I already commented on Vraska in the other thread, but The Wanderer here with a forced Dueling Grounds is quite neat. there appears to be a lot of exile effects at the mythic level. The 0 ability is almost a strictly better version of her -1 ability from Neon Dynasty, but unsure of double strike > vigilance. A 4/2 in theory can do nice things.
Yeah the ultimate is similar to Divine Reckoning but better, because you choose which creature they keep and sacrifice is better than destroy normally. Actually is more similar to Tragic Arrogance but only for creature at least from the wording.
At least this Wanderer doesn't have flash. But the one attacking creature clause is fairly annoying.

Margaret Thatcher: “The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money.”
Benjamin Franklin: "Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."
Martin Luther King Jr.: "I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character."
Kind of interesting that in three cards, the Wanderer's always had a static ability and no ultimate to build up to.
whats more interesting is you can do the ultimate immediately
Else, she's basically just Elspeth, isn't she? At least this version in particular could basically be printed as an Elspeth and I don't think anyone would blink.

In-universe her spark is unstable, meaning she gets flung back into the blind eternities if she doesn't focus. I guess the costs are supposed to represent her "not sticking around" long enough, so there's no point in needing to build up loyalty? I would think only minus abilities would be better to get that point across though.

Yeah, that's what I was talking about. The Wanderer has never had a loyalty ability that costs more than her starting loyalty.
