Playing since 1994: Currently MAGS (HomeBrew),Standard & Pauper (Pioneer and Modern are degenerate trash formats)
STOP using "dude/bro" as a pejorative or insult. Grow up.
Margaret Thatcher: “The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money.”
Benjamin Franklin: "Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."
Martin Luther King Jr.: "I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character."
and to this day Still to this day when damping sphere when first shown in domnaria 2018 I say… how in the world is that a uncommon? (Ps i was shocked this wasn’t in the artifact retro frame sheet in brothers war.)
More than ever I wish that there was a way to do phantom drafts in paper because I’ve been playing MTG for decades and already have almost all of the cards spoiled here. So there really isn’t much here for me other than what looks like a fun draft.
Not too sure why Urza's Blueprints was chosen... my only guesses is that so much from Urza block is on the Reserved List and that it's a throwback/connection to Urza, so some can keep on theme for an Urza themed Commander deck.
Anyone think either of those reasons are the reason why? If not, what other reason is there?
Questioning because the card isn't that great. There must've been better choices... What other options are out there?
On another note: Set looks very, Very, VERY awesome!!! Can't wait to draft it. My only complaint is that it could've really used an uncommon mana rock/land searcher [that isn't a land... but I guess the uncommon land searcher is enough], like Worn Powerstone or Braidwood Sextant (this last one is perfect for limited environments).

I remember Blueprints well because it was part of the "Radiant's Revenge" precon. It both rested in my hand forever and won over a million turns, but more than that it was the centerpiece of many ideas and configurations. Precons were a major source of deckbuilding dreams and essentials. Maybe that's a shared experience. I haven't looked at the full set, but I recognize Urza's Incubator, Thran Golem, and Body Snatcher as other precon rares, as well as a number of commons.
Hehe Icatian Nosepickers are back. This looks pretty solid overall. I approve. Blake Rasmussen is getting a hard on hearing that. I will engage, Blake, I will engage.

I know it's a givdn, but if you already have the cards and a few friends to play with, you could just build a cube of the set

Project Booster Fun makes it less fun to open a booster.
I've been waiting for this card to be reprinted in the modern border as well!
MAN this is among my favorite reprint sets of all time! My only complaint is that I wish Exploration had its original art. I loved the docking ship on newly discovered land.
Got Glory, got Saproling Symbiosis, got new art for Rith... really happy i must say
Now i ony need unspeakable symbol

How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.
some of the reprints are neat, some i'm so use to seeing that there is just zero enthusiasm. yay another vampiric tutor and urza reprint i guess? the price point is far too high, the alternate arts aren't that great, its sandwiched between things awkwardly yet again... but the cards are decent reprints and some are high demand. so...
its a set. nothing more, nothing less.
it'll be forgotten in a week anyway once we're onto the next thing.

You and me both, figured its first reprinting would have been an Innistrad set or a zombie centered Commander precon.
Those discontinued 5 card mini packs would have been a better 30th celebration.
