Large common and uncommon dump incoming. Here are a lot of cards explaining how the draft archetypes of Dominaria Remastered. First off, black-green with a midrange strategy we know better as The Rock. This one contains the second printing of Oversold Cemetery in 3 weeks, and a downshifted Spiritmonger.
While most of the archetypes here are the usual archetypes for the colors, some are different. Here, black-red juggles Zombie tribal and Goblin tribal. Hope you get that Dralnu's Crusade.
Green-blue has three choices for Limited in most sets: ramp, +1/+1 counters, or a set mechanic. Sometimes it does get something else, but not here. The wheel landed on ramp today. At least we can get affordable Wild Growth foils now.
The second mechanic-specific archetype goes to red-green for cycling. Unlike threshold, this one is a bit more spread out with its cards. And yes, we have another Grim Lavamancer reprint.
Red-white gets Auras, demonstrating some recurring themes: a lot more new art than expected, rares shifted down to uncommon, and borderless RKF tutors.
White-black is using the classic lifegain/drain strategy here, converting that life total difference into value. Chainer, Dementia Master is here on his very first reprint.
Finally, blink is our last archetype. White-blue, like green-blue, has a very limited collection of strategies for Limited: flying, blink, or tempo. Fortunately, people love blink, so that comes back here.

Denizen of the Deep - modern border but with that brilliant original art! I've been wanting this for Kenessos, but cannot stand old border cards. Well, now I have an updated copy with good art. But man - that borderless art is my favorite for it. I do not like borderless cards, but the new art is so exceptional that I'll need to pick up both the modern frame and borderless and decide later which to use. Such a neat card for my sea monster deck.
Really disappointed with High Tide's new art, but it was never replacing my IDW Theros promo anyway, no matter how gorgeous it would be. So who cares. But really, the new art is subpar at best. MTG really needs to be far more consistent with marine/oceanic depictions. Heck, there's more land and wall than ocean in that picture, and only showing the surface... it looks like a flood rather than an aquatic biome at high tide like it should.
