This lets you reuse those ETB triggers or save you stuff from things that happen during your tunr, but is also worded to let you reuse unearthed permanents.
Could simply say exile a permanent and then put it in your hand.
Would be shorter and kinda simpler.
While that’s all accurate, I feel that wizards made the intentional choice to highlight the distinction in this way so newer players would be clued in if they don’t know about the synergy between blink-esque effects and unearth (which has been a pretty niche rules interaction until now).

Not merely simpler but more powerful. There are other situation and cards that specifically exile themselves for power reason. This would work around those. It's already a repeatable outs vs destroy effect played during your turn, forcing your opponent to always play instant-speed removal during their own turn. If it exiled always, it would also work against exile-based removal during your turn, once again increasing its power. That "only during your turn" is there to avoid breaking the game in half.

This is a weird card. My gut feeling is it does something, and it's flavorful, but does it really do something people need? 3 mana is quite a lot for just getting it back to your hand.
Anyway, for total Johnny Jankster: This card, a ton of creatures, Gaea's Cradle, Fastbond, and Orochi Leafcaller to produce W each loop. Just don't kill yourself. And have some mana sink that can kill, maybe Rocket Launcher.

i Like that you can do lands to reload “landfall” triggers when your not drawing lands

I could see a really stupid deck using this and Meria's Outrider for the lols. But that's how I build my decks. Full of JANK.
