How does simic keep getting obnoxious stuff for commander?
and I love it it’s a weaker Cryptolith Rite since it’s powerstones on creatures (artifact spells/abilities/ward/cumulative upkeep/echo/…and whatever I missed)
I sort of hoped Bearer would have been a pun and this would be a bear.
I read it as Battery Bear, so I kinda see where you were going with this. Basically turns this into a powerstone effect for all your nonpowerstone cards with a chance to get that brand new microwave too! (yeah I don;'t know either)

I don't know if I'd call this card obnoxious, but it's a widely-known fact that the structure of EDH as a format favors ramp-focused strategies that amass a lot of mana and draw lots of cards ... both things which blue and green excel at. So it kind of happens naturally.
