Why would they make this a commander-exclusive card? Who even plays Urza’s lands in commander? This isn’t even modern legal. (Is tron or “Urza’s cloudpost” going to be a thing in Legacy?)
Don't really see where this would be played at all. What's the point. IF you have all the Tron lands (you already make 7 mana) AND you have 3 artifacts, this makes 4 mana. So what. By then you have already won. I guess if one of the tron lands gets surgicaled it might be OK but you still need 3 artifacts in play. Those artifacts are used to dig for other tron pieces anyway so if you use them to search for this your down on the metalcraft. Flavorful but NOT powerful

It's an odd place to print it as well but I guess it's the best way to get a card into legacy and nowhere else.

I think the metalcraft requirement seriously nerfs this. The only deck I can imagine building around this would be memnite aggro type decks, or modular, etc.

this is almost a reboot of Cloudpost but “urza's” type this time and tron lands adds 7 mana
the benefit of a doubt that prevents that makes it go bananas is that you need metal craft for that ability
and For a remind here’s all the cards
next stuff that can clone the lands or turn into the lands
honorable mention goes to mirage mirror
and ofcoarse going ultima of any number with Orvar, the All-Form with spells
Finally if play group is okay with it

I think it would get banned for similar reasons cloudpost got banned
