basically the story of how Urza and Kayla ended up as a couple (from a loophole in the rules)

and This is very promising in formats it bounces any nonland permanent and can easily be reduced to 1 in artifact matter decks.

When I saw this card name the other day I was hoping for something remotely related to Mind Over Matter...

Pretty good for Artifact Aggro decks.
