First off, the uncommons. We have (shuffles cards around)... Silence with graveyard hate, uncommon Loran, white noncreature reanimation, artifact-related blue card filtering, artifact Buried Alive creature, black creature reanimation with some discount, artifacts leaving your graveyard matters, cantrip Fling, impulsive card draw with unearth on a noncreature, green card that makes Powerstones, Obstinate Baloth downshift, the RW and UR signpost uncommons caring about RW and UR things, double Su-Chi, and Equipment for anyone running Sigarda's Aid.
Su-Chi Cave Guard is harder to setup for infinite combos than original Su-Chi, due to being double the mana cost, but it's be a fraction of the price financially.
Mishra's Research Desk - Kinda on the fence if this is good CA or not. Basically 2 mana to draw 2, exile 1 of them, then exile the other if you don't cast it. But you can play it again. So all-in, 4 mana to process 4 cards.

It's basically Think Twice with a red artifact twist. In a deck that wants grindy value and cheap artifacts, I think it can be good.
A turn 4Fallaji Vanguard is just what my Standard RW Humans aggro list wanted to go along with turn 5 Rabble Rousing. Tons of tokens and tons of +2 triggers for those attacking. Pairs nice with Adeline as well.

And the commons include (deep breath) Disenchant with RKF art, a turn one play that will scry from the graveyard, more card filtering (this time doing a connive impression), growing with the second card drawn, cantrip Ensoul Artifact, Counterspell plus tapping, functional reprint of Supernatural Stamina, discard plus Powerstones, artifact Bone Shards instead of discard, activated double strike, Maniacal Rage you don't mind giving to a creature you don't control, plus two on the board or per creature, artifact removal with extras, Hijack plus Powerstones, Epic Confrontation reprint, mini Fog plus lifegain, Snakeskin Veil with more keywords, artifact/land animation, Universal Solvent plus flash, and a surveil land.
Finally, we have the regular basic lands of the set, for those who prefer their basics to not have robots in them.

Calamity's Wake is one heck of a way to end an opposing Storm turn before it reaches its end.
No One Left Behind is a more expensive Unearth 2.0 that can also reanimate your ridiculously expensive stuff.
Third Path Iconoclast looks like the Young Pyromancer today's Modern decks want (what with their Mishra's Baubles, etc.).
Mishra's Research Desk actually looks like a pretty good cantrip, especially in Urza's Saga decks, and especially in those that splash red.
Repair and Recharge - one more planeswalker reanimation spell, same cost as the other two: Invoke Justice / Obzedat's Aid.
No One Left Behind - i'm sure this combos with something quite nicely.
Forging the Anchor - Artifact lands make this a lot sweeter.

Su-Chi Cave Guard - Finally, another card to combo with Nim Deathmantle (the other being Composite Golem)
Fallaji Archaeologist - Better than Augur of Bolas? More card type options, and the other cards go to the graveyard which is easy to work with.
Urza's Rebuff - Strictly better Cancel.
