Hitting any target is a pretty big deal too. Definitely a limited bomb. Possibly standard-worthy too, although I think we are used to getting 4-power dragons with haste at 5 mana so this feels a bit too slow.

I mean, neither Scourge of Kher Ridges (the previous damage dragon) nor Roc of Kher Ridges cared a whit about Kobolds.
