Please, mill me. Mill my important cards. Mill my lands. Mill it all. Because I will still deal 20 damage before you can mill 45 cards most every time.
Upshifts were common back in the Mystical Archive. I'm more surprised Thorn of Amethyst wasn't upshifted.
There was some rhyme and reason to those, though - rares became mythics, uncommons became rares, and commons became uncommons, right? I don't there's consistency like that with these. Millstone *stayed uncommon (or even downshifted, considering some printings of it were at rare), and Thorn didn't get upshifted while some other rares have.
