Ok that’s it Now I’m more sure wizards is leaking cards on purpose we’re not even to brother swar and we already got “phyrexia all will be one” leaks.
first is proliferate is back with thrumming bird reprint
Looks like we will infact see red phyrexian in the set
And “toxic” safe to assume that’s are poison counter mechanic
edit:one more
this one gives support for poison counters so pioneer and modern might need to be prepared for ne poison stuff.
So looks like a “counters” matter set so the Tyranid deck and atraxa this set is like Christmas to them.
It’s pretty clear there were some tests of a “phyrexian foil” that someone misappropriated. As leaks go, the info isn’t super revelatory, aside of proliferate and oil counters (and what’s Toxic?)
How is the Scamp infinite with Cloudstone Curio? I saw someone else mention it on Reddit and I am honestly confused. You'd get infinite oil counters, certainly, but each activation of the ability takes a separate tap to work.

Toxic could just be a slightly reworked infect that allows for a choice between poison counters and regular damage. Or the creatures that have it give a player X poison counters, but deal damage to creatures based on their regular power. I think they'd want to power down the synergy between infect and pump effects.
Maybe Toxic X means you put X poison counters on the creature when it EtB. Then, when it deals combat damage to an opponent, you move a poison counter to that opponent.
So limited Infect that keeps going if you can regularly proliferate it. Contagion Engine was recently in a Secret Lair...
"Make sure some off the cards are not fully in the picture when you take a photo."
"Ok, got it."
Ok that’s it Now I’m more sure wizards is leaking cards on purpose we’re not even to brother swar and we already got “phyrexia all will be one” leaks.
Yeah because spoiling a bunch of cards before preview season for the previous set begins is helping Wizards so much. Also spoiling cards inofficially, which means only a fraction of the players will see them is all playing into WotC's evil schemes. Turns out their nefarious plans are no match for the super sleuthes of MTGSalvation.
Another planned leak. Why crop the photo after both Toxic shows up and then ( cropped photo )?
Between spoilers and leaks there is practically a 365 day a year card dump.

I mean they took a while but seem to be jumping on the fact that leaks often create hype--both positive and negative--for products, and with the frequency at which sets/products are released, and the latest barrage of negative press of some recent products, this could be their way of trying to detract from what has happened. "Hey look everyone! Forget those other products we released. Look here! SHINY! OILY PHYREXIAN GOODNESS!"
I'm happy that poison is making a comeback. I loved infect as a pressed alt win con so seeing this will be exciting. Might even get me back into the game again.

And im thinking about toxic I may have my possible concluded theory
its Nothing more than a meld of the two mechanics “wither” and “poisonous” so it’s makes a fixed version of “infect” (it only adds the -1/-1 counters and poison counters from combat damage.)
so with that said this is plague myr strictly better since it’s rainbow mana but life is required
oh By the way to definite thr art style it’s called Sumi-e style

I like this design, but limiting it to one counter per hit on every card with the ability seems unlikely. Nevertheless, I prefer this design to its simply being a reworking of Virulent Sliver's Poisonous 1.
And yeah, this being an evil plot (planned leak) by Wizards doesn't seem likely. Their marketing and promotion team had to work overtime to squeeze in all the spoilers this year and pretend every one of them was special. Especially with the Unfinity being moved, it's just not wise to wait until two sets drop back to back and say "Ooh, look Phyrexia: All Is One! You gotta get some hype for that!"
Why are we entertaining intentional leak theories again? Are the tinfoil hats getting oil in them again? If Wizards wanted to truly manufacture hype with minimal damage to their spoiler plan they'd drop that last meld pair first to piss off the green-too-good brigade. A bunch of draft chaff is nothing.

Exactly what a GotC plant would say. Is the pay good?
It is getting people to talk about these instead of their 30th anniversary proxies for whales debacle. It seems to be succeeding. Seems to happen that way when they get a lot of negative feedback on an upcoming product they introduce.
Also a sneaky way of getting feedback on the Phyrexian foils as well.
Prove us wrong.

I'm not saying that wotc is beyond intentional leaks I just don't know if this is one. Phyrexia fans are probably going to eat well the next three sets wouldn't it make more sense for them to leak more Brother's War which is coming out in about a month versus a set that doesn't come out until like January? I mean they may want to distract us from the backlash but at the same time they will want our money it just makes more sense that they'd tease a recent set for us to put our money into versus a set down the road.

Exactly. There's a third meld pair left, there's Gix, Ashnod, and Tawnos. Why go with draft chaff no one will remember in a month? If you want a good leak, you go for something eye-catching, not something that looks like it was sanded down and dug out of a dumpster like that other leak.
If you want fake leak hype, you point out a lot of cards just got surveil on Gatherer.
There's just literally not a single reason why this would be an intentional leak, and in fact, why WotC would do "intentional leaks" at all. And so many pieces of evidence why it wouldn't be a leak. If they want to distract people, they want to reach as many as possible. If they want to distract from a product that got negative backlash, they would try to reach everyone who saw the product, and since the 30th was shown on official channels, so the distration would be done on an official channel as well. Have someone drop a card from Brother's War on twitter or something. You know, Brother's War, the next set, a set that hasn't been previewed yet and that comes before All Will Be One?
And as the others have said, how exactly are a bunch of draft chaff commons (and one uncommon) exactly going to distract? It's not particularly flashy.
Just the whole argumentation is just insane. People want these conspiracy theories to be right and do the most complex mental acrobatics to justify it.
Definitely not final cards. The collectors numbers are missing the total count, unless this will change somewhat of course.
Based on this number crunch, Blightbelly __ seems to be a black card. (Well, the border is black)
Also based on the numbers, there seems to be a lot of artifacts, at least in this promo/showcase series.
Also, on the second pic of Myr Convert is a glimpse of a green phyrexian card, which is info we will get probably in a day or two.
Exactly what a GotC plant would say. Is the pay good?

These are showcase frame cards, part of the "extended" set, they do not feature the total number of cards. I think this has been the case since the beginning (Throne of Eldraine).

My guess for toxic X is that it comes with X counters on it and it gives X poison counters per damage. Works doubly with proliferate.
probably fixed infect

Maybe instead of Fynn reading
Whenever a creature you control with deathtouch deals combat damage to a player, that player gets two poison counters,
it could just read:
Creatures you control with deathtouch gain toxic 2.
Then Marsh Viper could be more elegantly printed as:
Marsh Viper 3G
Creature — Snake
Toxic 2
1/2
Though, perhaps it should be Venomous and not Toxic, but that's another can of worms.
We do already have Poisonous, though, in Virulent Sliver.
So maybe it is more to do with being toxic in the actual sense.
Maybe something like: When this creature dies, target opponent gets X poison counters.
this could just be the first time ever they do this but the showcase art has flavor text when the others don't
I'm happy that poison is making a comeback. I loved infect as a pressed alt win con so seeing this will be exciting. Might even get me back into the game again.
