Looks like Captain Rex never crash lands 7+-cmc Vehicles. Huh, I guess he doesn't mess up in quality vehicles?
Also, if Captain Rex makes the same permanent a Vehicle on multiple turns, does it get multiple instances of Crash Land? If so, man is Captain Rex worse at piloting Vehicles than I thought....
Forgive me if I'm wrong but I believe that the best thing you can pilot with this thing is Pyrohemia. You don't even need to crew it. Activate Pyrohemia. Let it resolve and get all of the Crash landing triggers. With those triggers on the stack, activate Pyrohemia again. Repeat the process until you are rolling a veritable bucket of dice with this card (and each 4 rolled deals 4 to a target of your choice).
Imagine being so bad at piloting spaceships you crash a Dovescape.

There is a difference between crewing a capitol ship and piloting a star-fighter, I'm certain.
Alternatively: Starting with a certain size, they are technically crash landing on your ship during a collision.
Finally a good white villain quote: "So, do I ever re-evaluate my life choices? Never, because I know what I'm doing is a righteous cause."

This might mildly incentivize Captain Rex to Crew dinky 1-cmc 1/1 Vehicles.

Came here to post exactly this.
"You win again, gravity!"
"The number you are trying to reach has crashed into a planet, please make a note of it."
