Lucius the Eternal3BR
Legendary Creature - Astartes Warrior (Rare)
Haste Armour of Shrieking Souls — When Lucius the Eternal dies, exile it instead and choose target creature an opponent controls. When that creature leaves the battlefield, return Lucius the Eternal from exile to the battlefield under its owner's control.
5/3
Slaanesh once again goes first and sends in their Chaos Space Marine champion. Any who strike down the ever-proud Lucius is cursed to become a Banishing Light with him exiled under it, making him functionally immortal (unless your Path to Exile has anything to say about it).
Pretty cool and flavorful card. For those of you that don't know 40K lore: Whoever kills Lucius, and has even the slightest hint of satisfaction or pleasure from doing so, slowly transforms into him and has their soul trapped in his Armour of Shrieking Souls.
It's an interesting form of recursion that's for sure. I'm not sure it's really all that good in normal combat, but maybe in like a cube or commander deck it can combo with something like Bone Splinters where because his trigger resolves before the spell you just get him back immediately.
