Once you succumb to the pleasures of casting things from everywhere else other than your hand (exile, your graveyard, other people's graveyards, their hands, etc.), you can watch the pain you inflict.
Please, mill me. Mill my important cards. Mill my lands. Mill it all. Because I will still deal 20 damage before you can mill 45 cards most every time.
