I've been playing Rosheen Meanderer as the commander of my Hydra deck for years now, it was my first Commander deck. Now she might just be out of a job thanks to that Temur legend.
Picturing Calgar being a tithe-collecting burocrat is quite funny

How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.
I’m surprised to see that the Space Marines/Inquisitors* are Esper. From what I’ve gleaned 2nd hand from my friends who play 40k, I was almost certain that they’d be either Boros, Orzhov, or full on Mardu.
*(not really sure about the proper name for the faction)
You left the r off at the end of Raphael, Fiendish Savior
One card the space Marine might love is the Horn of Valhalla, basically it turns the x on the adventure as card draw.
Not to be a party pooper but the card Marneuas will only draw one card from the adventure side of the horn because he says when one or more tokens emter the battlefield under your control. I think the best way is to focus on repeatable cheap token creation like Jadar, Ghoulcaller of Nephalia and Bitterblossom or like Rhyperior said with smothering tithe. Could be fun with Witch's Oven and Cauldron Familiar the more I think of it he seems really fun to build.
Embrace the dark you call a home,
Gaze upon an empty, white throne
A legacy of lies,
A familiar disguise
Sing with me a song of conquest and fate
The black pillar cracks beneath its weight
Night breaks through the day, hard as a stone
Lost in thoughts all alone

thus why smothering tithe is god tier with him since all of the triggers are just one instance so not only you get a treasure you also get to draw a card when in play for each one not payed
Not at all familiar with Warhammer, but I like Imotekh better than the commander (through they work well together). And this is because I like black having more interactions with artifacts for my artifact cube. Gonna still buy singles though.
I have to admit artifact creatures is not how I imagined necrons to be themed. Yeah, they are metal skeletons, but the lore is much more "cthulhu's least favorite space egyptians" than artifact synergies. in Mtg it makes more Mechanical sense for them to reanimate repeatedly, with a keyword or some kind of blanket synergy. Silver tide and all that. Idk man, this seems so hackneyed, but I'll wait to see if the deck is well constructed before making a judgement.

Today's Warhammer Community previews are the alternate commanders of the set and the first of the many Chaos Space Marines of the set.

So these might spike hard
honorable mention is prince of thrulls since that’s a underrated card but it specifically looks for sacrifice and it’s not a May if they don't pay the 3 and you may not want it like Phage the Untouchable, Codie, Vociferous Codex and anything from Zedruu the Greathearted/Blim, Comedic Genius/Jon Irenicus, Shattered One
