Meria looks to be a plant for Brothers' War, being the rare RG legend that doesn't care about creatures and/or attacking. She's more a very strong artifacts commander in a set with very few artifacts, sort of the like an Urza at home.
Ah! Indeed! Turns out the Reserved List contains all Uncommons and Rares (and not only the U1) from Arabian Nights and Antiquities. The weird rarities in those small sets must have led to this.
This is insane with things like Winter Orb, not looking forward to playing against this one. (Please note for those who don't know, Winter orb is a mono artifact, meaning it does not work as long as it is tapped. ie if you tap it before your turn it allows you to untap normally while keeping the effect for each of your opponent's turns. Only putting this here because the preview version on the above link shows the original version, updated versions of the card have the tapped clause included. This is true on other cards like Howling Mine)
In what universe? If you build a deck like that, and ever draw that hand, I will personally come to wherever you live, perform complicated acts of awestruck ********, then disembowel myself to escape the world that allowed something like this to occur and validate you.

Ah well, at least she shares a colour with Galvanic Blast!
It would be busted but sadly it's nontoken :-(
I recently removed green from my artifact cube. This is the path for ir to possibly return. Perhaps in Brother’s War.
on further inspection you’re will notice both effects included “nontoken”
so treasures don’t work with her.

I feel the Citanul Druids would beg to differ. Have the lessons of Argive been forgotten?

*cough*
I was just astonished last time I checked, this card was a few bucks at best.
It's true it's never been reprinted, but it's also not Reserved List.
I think I've found the source of your confusion. It is Reserved List.
It was still not worth much some years back.
Don't give winter orb players any ideas! That card is annoying enough on its own.
I really like the arts on this, and definitely want a foil stained-glass art
