"Any of us could be compromised," Karn said. "No one leaves this place until we know who we can trust."
You can now inflict the early days of the pandemic onto the smaller nonland permanents among us, from Treasure tokens (that just disappear) to the entire monoblack/monored/black-red aggro deck in Standard.
This is an extremely good version of this card.
Wrecks all tokens, removes mana rocks from the equation indefinitely,
and also detains problematic creatures, as always!
Hope they print an enchantment buster creature at 1 or 2 mana to counteract this. Bet they don't

Playing since 1994: Currently MAGS (HomeBrew),Standard & Pauper (Pioneer and Modern are degenerate trash formats)
STOP using "dude/bro" as a pejorative or insult. Grow up.
Margaret Thatcher: “The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money.”
Benjamin Franklin: "Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."
Martin Luther King Jr.: "I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character."
Man this is gonna make token (treasures) decks and decks with low cmc cry
and also ……AH HA! karmic justice for 3 cmc rocks that all of you keep spiting at every time a new one comes out (you shut down instantly alll because of all those 2 and 1 cmc rocks now we have a reason to play those more again to dodge this.)
Damn..... this could be a staple in older formats.... this thing will clean up entire boards in modern and legacy hahah
And then the white-playing guy Prismatic Endings or March of Otherworldly Lights this, the green-playing guy remembers their enchantment removal in the sideboard, and the blue-playing guy bounces it and gets their stuff back for just long enough.

I am slightly confused about what you are playing that you need, but do not have an answer to Rabble Rousing.
Card will be played if monored aggro comes back or monowhite and Boros stick around. Sometimes Depopulate is just too slow.
This card is essentially what I always wanted consulate crackdown to be
I used to be a demigod, but now I'm an omnimage

And then someone gets desperate with Engineered Explosives, and if Karn's Sylex ever picks up...
There are reasons why the only "Oblivion Ring" effects that ever picked up in Modern are Portable Hole and maybe On Thin Ice.
Redundancy my friend. You won't always draw your depopulate. Also, this shuts down the feeder creatures and tokens before rabble goes online
