This might be the rare (only) "reborn legend" that's worse than the original, at least in terms of lack of combo potential. Needing to tap to activate is a bummer in that respect. On the other hand there are probably some wacky ways to build this, and giving your opponents creatures can be abused too. Neat, though very weird, design.
