It's an uncommon for limited. That said, I don't think it is particularly great, because a 3/4 flyer for 4W is outclassed nowadays, but it will do its fair share of work.
The firebrand feels rather out of place, because achieving domain is not something red aggro decks will ever really be able (or want) to do. But it may be strong enough without the domain to be a decent enough aggro threat at least. Feels like a B in limited, and unplayable in constructed unless there is an aggro deck that needs another 2-drop. The modern deck that runs Territorial Kavu and Scion of Draco could want it, but is that deck still a thing?
Couldn't agree more, you'd need a Modern or even Legacy-grade manabase to ever make that ability reliable,we know we're getting the typeless painlands as ETBU duals in this set, so fat chance of Domain-based aggro. On the other hand, it's a very good 2-drop for Monored on its own, even better if you dropped Kumano Faces Kakkazan on T1, the ability is something you'll use once in your career to win a battle of attrition against a tapped-out opponent.
