Whenever you cast a Kobold spell, you may pay 2. If you do, create a 4/4 red Dragon creature
token with flying.
Whenever you cast a Dragon spell, create a 0/1 red Kobold creature token named Kobolds of Kher Keep.
Sphinx of Clear Skies 3UU
Creature — Sphinx
Flying, Ward 2
Domain — Whenever Sphinx of Clear Skies deals combat damage to a player, reveal
the top X cards of your library, where X is the number of basic land types among lands
you control. An opponent separates those cards into two piles. Put one pile into your hand
and the other into your graveyard.
Cast it then attack with it? As long as you control an island, it is a 5/5 flying ward 2 for 5 with "when this hits, reveal a card and draw it." It only gets better from there, up to casting Fact or Fiction if you have full domain. I guess because the floor is so high, you are a little less incentivized to build-around and get the domain with it, but the hit trigger is bonkers with 3+ land types.
The problem with defining this format by what is "fun" is that everyone seems to define fun as what they don't lose to. If you keep losing to easily answered cards, that means you should improve your deck. If you don't want to improve your deck, then you should come to peace with the idea that you are going to lose because you chose to not interact with better strategies.
