green Is the weakest one so this only gives X counters to 2 creatures
Black is recurring
red is making treasures
and blue is infinite handsize plus some draw
And white is making a bunch of 1/1 flyers (that trigger dragon tempest/scourge of valkas)
And on top of the (only 2 creatures) part
they Have to survive a rotation since the creatures chosen are likely to be shot by vindicate/path to exile effects
No trample
Counters is after damage (unless you got extra combat stuff)
This fits very nicely into a Brokers deck, which will usually give you goodies the more counters you put on your stuff. And this will give you usually 10 to 30 of them a pop!
