Step 1: get 3 creatures in your graveyard
Step 2: mill the 4th creature, then give a creature you control with a Lure effect a +1/+1 counter and deathtouch
Step 3: attack a player with no creatures in their graveyard with said creature
Step 4: cast Skullwinder choosing the player attacked in step 3
Not ideal, but hey, you can finally get Skullwinder in foil.
Ah skullwinder in my opinion thee most underrated card ever (infact I feel barely anybody take into factor politics and co-op with someone to deal with someone else's nasty board state)
