The final precon is fashionably late, as expected from the RGW Cabaretti deck. Joining Kitt Kanto, Mayhem Diva onstage is another member of Jetmir's inner circle, and another way to boost 1/1s like Rigo does. No decklist in the source article, so go here unless you want to just see the list of reprints.
I'm sure people have been saying this already, but Wizards really needs to calm down with the Treasure tokens. Don't know what effect to tack onto a card? "Make a treasure" will do...

It was needed to avoid the badmana rockproblem multicolor sets tend to have in Limited. That got extended to the precons because that's how they stick set themes into these things.
Call the Coppercoats $5 — it got introduced in Ikoria commander and it didn't take long for it to need a reprint especially due to the cabaretti
Idol of Oblivion $4.5 — it would have spiked hard if it wasn't a reprint in this plus it’s in another token precon
Rugged Prairie $6 — all the decks have one it’s a filter land from lorwyn block least printed block ever.
Thunderfoot Baloth $4 — this big guy hasn't been reprinted since C16/Anthology it’s the second most played “lieutenant” card
Scute Swarm $4.5 — it’s the youngest game ender cards and infamous for ending games
champion Reprints are
path to exile $4.4 — ARE YOUR SERIOUS?! it’s the first time ever since the very first commander product ever path got reprinted in a commander deck. But fact is if it dry up even once it will go to $10 range since it’s just a all star in eternal formats alike.
Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs $8 — this is almost a red ghostly prison since you get a blocker for the ground if they don't pay when your attacked. But the key reason for its price is Isshin, Two Heavens as One it spiked from him due to making 2 blockers if they don't pay.
i really like bess, but i don't think she adds much to the g/w spectrum of commander. works really well with all the tokens the color pair can produce, but it doesn't use them in any meaningful ways that the color pair needs.
i'll probably brew her for more casual pods though, because she does seem fun enough
The last mode on Cabaretti Confluence honestly confuses me...? Why does it let you target other players? It's *sorcery speed* and only lasts until EoT. You can't combat trick it to pump your opponents creatures at an opportune time, what value does being able to target other players carry?

I can’t quite remember what the rules justification was but I remember wizards making the very deliberate choice that confluence and command effects must either have NO targeting abilities or ONLY targeting abilities.

There are multiplayer formats like Two-Headed Giant where multiple players take turn simultaneously. In Archenemy, for example, you can target yourself and your two other teammates with Cabaretti Confluence (choosing the last mode thrice) because you take your turns, and thus combat steps, at the same time.

If I choose mode 2 and two of mode 3, and if mode 3 didn't target, both mode 3s will be countered if mode 2 loses its target. Remember, if a spell has only one target and it's illegal, the whole spell fizzles. By having mode 3 target, your opponent can't counter the whole spell simply by sacrificing an artifact.
Please, mill me. Mill my important cards. Mill my lands. Mill it all. Because I will still deal 20 damage before you can mill 45 cards most every time.

For the first act, the green cards for the green-centered shard, and their extra artifact.
The next set is a solo piece from the red cards.
And the final act of spoiler season, an ensemble performance from the white and multicolor cards.

Beastmaster Ascension $9 — it’s just a chase card for commander in general but became a even bigger chase card when kaldheim dropped Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider and Lathril, Blade of the Elves
