Huh, usually if you have the cement shoes ,you won't need the cleanup crew. Ironic how the city setting has pushed the set's Honey Mammoth to pick up Return to Nature.
I kind of get that Cement Shoes might buff your toughness, as they are a bit of body armor. But why do they raise power too. The tapping down effect is clear, of course.
