Scheming Accomplice WU
Creature - Human Citizen (Rare)
As Scheming Accomplice enters the battlefield, you may choose a nonland permanent.
The activated abilities of the chosen permanent can't be activated.
Scheming Accomplice has all activated abilities of the chosen permanent, except loyalty abilities. You can spend mana as if it were any color to activate those abilities.
2/3
You can steal anything: Treasure producers, flicker effects, tap effects, Sol Ring. . . The only limitation is whatever is on the battlefield.
That's like a weird meddling mage for activated ability with upside. Meddle with them, and if you badly chose the card name, scheme them. Not bad at all.
Edit: actually, closer to an after-the-fact pithing needle with upside I guess.
Edit #2: the more I think about it, the more I want at least 2 copies for modern humans.
Nice card. I am getting more interested with a card like this. My Pioneer and Standard Humans deck want this for sure.

STOP using "dude/bro" as a pejorative or insult. Grow up.
Margaret Thatcher: “The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money.”
Benjamin Franklin: "Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."
Martin Luther King Jr.: "I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character."
I guess this is meant to lock down a planeswalker or powerful activated ability on the opponent's side.
Having a hard time finding powerful combos with this though; seems like the only combo advantage is that its a creature, which has more untap support, so it could steal a non-creature ability and untap more easily maybe.

I CAN'T UNSEE IT~
And he gets the art deco and etched foil treatment. He looks like a supervillain here.
