Jinnie Fay is Jetmir's adoptive daughter and heir apparent to the Cabaretti. Aside from her formidable fighting skills, she is known to manage the Cabaretti's menageries. While one could find rare breeds of urban wildlife and exotic teacup creatures there, she prefers to work with simple cats and dogs.
Meanwhile in the Card Image Gallery are the last stragglers of the Obscura, with rare removal, card draw, an Initiate, and another Angel.
and here comes everyones favorite commander for the next 3 months before fading into obscurity and just being a pet deck to commemorate a lost dog or cat.
its not really my cup of tea but i understand the appeal. can push out some major damage very easily through any number of token producers like avenger of zendikar, or firecat blitz - but idk, it kind of feels like winmore if you're producing a lot of tokens anyway. like the haste and power buff is nice, but in these colors as a tokens build you should already be running ways to do that to supplement the token production.
The slight but important difference is that Chatterfang makes the Squirrels in addition to whatever other tokens you're making. Jinnie has a really strong ability, but replaces tokens instead.
So it seems angels never really left, they just pretend to be statues most of the time? Sounds about right given the populace is hopped up on wringing them out for their blood.
Too bad they changed Hound to Dog, then you could say the tokens you make out of blood are your bloodhounds. I guess I'll settle for making cats from clues and saying 'curiosity created the cat' instead.

As far as I can tell, Shattered Seraph is implied to hide their wings Giada-style most of the time (note how both angels' wings are likely made of pure Halo, at least in their regular art). I guess even that angel might be hiding in a cathedral, though...

that’s awesome lol. I think she’s interesting with some of the cheaper token creators.

Embrace the dark you call a home,
Gaze upon an empty, white throne
A legacy of lies,
A familiar disguise
Sing with me a song of conquest and fate
The black pillar cracks beneath its weight
Night breaks through the day, hard as a stone
Lost in thoughts all alone
void rend: holy cow that’s by just barely weaker than vindicate you add a blue it’s uncounterable and can't hit lands
tainted indulgence: cool card that this whole 5 different cmc business easy in edh but just horrendous in standard and other formats
What made Vindicate truly good was the sole purpose of hitting lands, any other flexibility was just added bonus of having a much better Stone Rain option that cripples the opponent the most.
Not hitting lands is the biggest deal that makes the card not Vindicate, but more of a better Utter End exchanging 2 colorless for a blue (which makes it much better already, can't be countered on top of that).
The mythos was the first card I thought of when I saw Void Rend--same cost (well, I mean 3 mana), same effect, same speed. At that cost and speed they are surpassed only by Anguished Unmaking (I don't care about the 3 life).
Okay, so Jinnie Fay is how we don't have to pay the Black Market Tycoon, which becomes "t: get a cat or a dog token".

ok wow I got curveballed big time I thought the tokens would be legendary
First thank heavens I got Rin and Seri, Inseparable while cheap and for a second deck my Garth One-Eye
reason for Garth I’m already picturing jinnie in play with chatterfang and hopefully with Koma, Cosmos Serpent or/and Toxrill, the Corrosive or/and with Ezuri's Predation successfully cast

Tainted Indulgence seems quite good as well.

Tainted Indulgence doing its best Chart a Course impersonation.
Don't forget Blood Moon and your opponent's Teferi, Time Raveler forcing you to play fair.
