Cabaretti Ascendency RGW
Enchantment (Rare)
At the beginning of you upkeep, look at the top card of your library. If it's a creature or planeswalker card, you may reveal it and put it in your hand. If you don't, you may put it at the bottom of your library.
The ascendancy of the Cabaretti is boring, but can get the job done.
So basically "at the beginning of your upkeep, quasi-scry 1". Not terrible, but also not great. Meh. Sultai Ascendancy let you surveil 2 (before they called it surveil).
Drawing an extra card or scrying once per turn is a surprising amount of value in RGW. I like. Feels similar In Search of Greatness with less but more consistent upside.
EDIT: I only just noticed that you don't have to draw the card either, even if it is a Creature or Planeswalker. Seems niche, but could be relevant!

If it's a creature or planeswalker you can put it into your hand. So its also quasi-card draw.
Reminds me of Primitive Etchings, just costed differently and with a different execution. Additional card draw is card draw, even if it is conditional.

The one cat person among four regular humans looks very funny.
There's an elf on each version of the art too, but it's a bit difficult to see.
The elves on the plane have small horns that helps them stand out a bit more.

This card gets a Golden Age showcase frame, and it looks like a GTA video game cover.
the correct comparison is herald's horn this one see every creature despite the typing. And you actually get to scry with this one

Obviously it's not phyrexian arena, but...
It feels like it could be as good as lifecrafter's bestiary in commander
Is this good enough for standard?
What about turn 2 in pioneer after an arboreal grazer, or birds of paradise in modern?
