You need a good hideaway hit but this feels very trivial to pull off in formats with street wraiths and fetch-lands
Cemetery Tampering's card itself provides a massive bonus. I am reminded of Visions of Beyond and how dang hard it was to draw 3 cards with it, even to the point where I can only do so late-game in a dedicated mill deck. (Dredge needs discard and draw instead, and immediately at that.)
