Simic Ramp so I can Fraying Sanity my opponent on turn 2, cast some random but useful creature with power >= 2 on turn 3 or 4, then Cut Your Losses on turn 5? I can live with that.
"OMG this mills their entire deck!" - someone, probably.
Given that even without the casualty, it costs no more than the kicked version of the mill spell from rise of zendikar, this seems like a pretty fair deal. That second copy has big diminishing returns in terms of cards milled and you'll never actually mill them out with this alone, though.

nope it would do half then half of whatever is left
Yes I'm aware, that's why I said it like that - you can also read my next couple of sentences that made clear I knew what the card did... my point was that people on the internet were going to get confused about what happens when you halve something twice.
Seems like they just slap random words on card names in this set ...
From the cards name alone, you would never guess its a mill effect, so thats already bad.
----
Cards effect is fine, but they should put more effort into making card names reflect the card better.
Couldn't agree more. A lot of the names feel like someone filled up a board with one-liners and got paid per each one used. Heck even something like, 'Double or Nothing' would fit this so much more.
3/4ths of a player's library? Don't mind if I do.

but with Bruvac the Grandiloquent in play that’s a different story you hit 2 people libraries.
With Errant, Street Artist it becomes 3 players. Not a bad way to single-turn a 4 man commander pod.
