Oh boy, the flavour text of Racers' Ring brings up money laundering!
An Offer You Can't Refuse looks similar to Swan Song, and part of me suspects that I'd rather give my opponent 2 Treasure tokens than a 2/2 with Flying.
i feel like urabrask costs about 2 mana too much to be interesting
i'm exhausted from 2 color nonbasic land cycles at common that etb tapped and have an additional ability. no reason these couldn't have had basic land types, or entered untapped, and been bumped up in rarity but i get that they're for limited. this kind of stuff stopped being interesting about 5 sets ago though and just feels like filler junk that could've been anything.
i do not like an offer you can't refuse, at all. those 2 treasures entering untapped can be a massive ******* liability even if you stop an opponent from stopping you popping off because they probably just have another answer. conversely, you stop them popping off but give them 2 more mana? i've seen that wreck entire pods. i'm not a fan of giving my opponents resources like more mana
rumor gatherer seems perfect for decks like adeline, so neato i guess

There was a lot of discussion in the chat about An Offer You Can't Refuse. It really depends on the context. Swan Song's token doesn't matter if you are playing against control, as likely you are not hurting for life. A single 2/2 is going to take 10 turns to kill you. The mana from AOYCR
is probably fine late game, but seeing how the treasures from Shambling Ghast + Deadly Dispute can change a game is a factor as well. Going from 2 to 5 on your next turn is huge, as would going from 1 to 4. You most likely wouldn't want to cast AOYCR on turns 1 - 3, depending on the game state. In a tempo deck, however, it could be fine. Leaving one up to counter something, then untapping and having more counter magic up will probably be fine. I like it, but its not a 100% jam it, lets-complain-about-it being broken card like some people were saying.
Urabrask is interesting, it could mean your opponent technically having to discard cards, in a sense, but by turn 5 I don't know how often that will happen. It does hurt counterspells more.

Likely depends on the state of the game. Ramping your opponent early will likely hurt more than a 2/2.
While I don’t use them, I’m constantly amazed at how many people at my LGS still use the ETB/gain 1 life cycle of dual lands. I see them a lot. These are a nice, small improvement, as 1 life in a 4 player game with 40 count life totals is usually inconsequential. Nice lands for the people that need them.

So, with Lier out, you target a spell you control with an offer you can’t refuse. Your spell isn’t countered but you get 2 treasure. Then, with the original spell still on the stack, you use one of those treasures to cast an offer you can’t refuse a second time from your graveyard with lier, giving you a net of 3 treasures for 1 mana. Seems pretty decent.

Finally, the cards of the promo pack.

Tramway Station and An Offer You Can't Refuse take top places in the "names I never expected to show in MTG" roster.
And Wiretapping.

I appreciate that this sets set of color fixing lands is just straightforward sac for a card, no hoops or 1 life gain.
Light em up looks terrible. I guess maybe if you think of it as a fling for a small creature but I just don't see it. Why is it a sorcery? Awful.
