So Mr. Commander decided to drop a vid highlighting some hints for the forthcoming New Capenna commander products. Here are some highlights:
Two stories per day starting March 28th until the 30.
Album for New Capenna akin to that of Neon Dynasty. It has very strong 20s jazz feels to it. I'm diggin' it.
Hint 1: A permanent with an activated ability you can only use if a creature fought this turn.
Hint 2: A card with a Clue subtype.
Hint 3: First-ever legendary creature with a creature type players have long been wanting to be made for years.
Hint 4: There's a card that fits mechanically into a weird cycle from Invasion block
Hint 5: There's a new twist on a cycle of cards from a previous commander product
Hint 6: There's a non-creature card that has three instances of "three"--the word--and three instances of 3--the number--printed on it.
Hint 7: There's a card which begins "At the beginning of your upkeep, each opponent choses Friend, Money, or Secrets..."
Hint 8: There's a legendary card which cares about three separate creature types which have never been batched before.
Hint 9: There's a sorcery with only 8 words of rules text.
Hint 10: There are tons of one-of mechanics returning, including one he never thought we'd never see again. (Epic?) I'm so going for Banding.
Five potential card names, one for each family:
In Too Deep
Jailbreak
Dodgy Jalopy
Misfortune Teller
Life of the Party
Okay, betting that #7 gives you (and possibly the voter) a 1/1 creature token for each “friends” vote, a treasure token for “money” vote, and a clue token for each “secrets” vote.
This might seem crazy but fateful hour my have synergies with the Maestros deck. The theme is winning at any cost and that might mean taking your life down to five. But I think one of the modern horizons had a counter spell with it. Transmute or transfigure would be awesome.

Embrace the dark you call a home,
Gaze upon an empty, white throne
A legacy of lies,
A familiar disguise
Sing with me a song of conquest and fate
The black pillar cracks beneath its weight
Night breaks through the day, hard as a stone
Lost in thoughts all alone

For "Hint 9: There's a sorcery with only 8 words of rules text.", it could be as mundane as the 8-word-long "Destroy target creature with power 2 or less."

Not to bad of a..
OH OH OH OH OH! EMINENCE ESQUE MECHANIC!
thinking they would never use it again because it’s as obnoxious as phyrexian mana/companion
I'm going to bet that #2 is an equipment. I don't believe that he would bring it up if it was just another creature who was a clue, so it's probably something we haven't seen.
And let's face facts: a Noir themed set is the perfect place for a Smoking Gun.
Number # 3 is Nephilim right? [...] it fits with the theme?
I don't know about that... Historically four-color creatures in a Commander set (with strict color identity rules) based on a plane focused on three-color combinations doesn't sound like a great fit to me. Unless they get rid of the four-colorness that's the Nephilim's USP (which I hope they'd be smart enough not to do, but then again, I wouldn't put anything past someone who's capable of thinking asymmetrical Slivers are a good idea).

Thou shalt not have others of the same Legendary before me Thou shalt not frame images with the modern card face Thou shalt not change rules in vain Remember the Reserved List to keep it holy Honor thy Slivers and the symmetry of their abilities Thou shalt not kill mana burn Thou shalt not sacrifice depth for accessibility Thou shalt not steal combat damage from the stack Thou shalt tell a story through thy cards All must be one

They could be the set booster commander cards like Yoshimaru, Ever Faithful and Lynde, Cheerful Tormentor. In the bible and pop culture they have also been seen as a fallen angel like creature they could be Angel Nephalim and could be a mix of what we saw in Ravnica and an Angel. "True biblical angels" are kinda a thing on youtube if you follow spooky stuff lol these could be a nod to that too. I think they can also play with set theme and be four color like there could be one costed RGWBand play with mechanics from both the Riviteers and the Caberetti.

I was wondering about the Fact or Fiction cycle... Do or Die, Fight or Flight... That mechanic seems to be fun in multiplayer since you can negotiate for opponent who would divide the cards more favorably.
For "Hint 9: There's a sorcery with only 8 words of rules text.", it could be as mundane as the 8-word-long "Destroy target creature with power 2 or less."
But it also could be "[The/target] player with [something] [something] [loses/wins] the game."
We've been requesting it endlessly and it fits with the theme?
So… Mark just answered an ask about whether we might get a legendary drake sometime in the near future. It wasn’t outright confirmed (of course) but the fact that he took the question at all may be telling. He has done similar stuff in the past (such as when he had a weeklong discussion about what a “circus world” plane would look like a month before Unfinity was spoiled).

the 9 and 10s on the storm scale May help with that
It’s definately not storm because they love that mechanic and use it quite a bit in supplement sets and decks.
Here’s my suspects
It could be a lot of things
oh and here’s suspects for the creature type that never ever got a legendary
This may help

what Caught my eye is the following
But probably the golden ticket culprit for this is probably…
Goat or Pheonix

OH IM SUCH A IDIOT!
I forgot about that
We have been on strike petitioning for years that they give the 5 nephilim the legendary typing
For other options I know of the best I came up with is Goat or Phoenix
um, these hints are for new capena commander decks, not DND

easy
friend = X/X token
Money = X treasure tokens
Secrets = Clue tokens/draw X
and it will be a group hug card in line with Tempting Contract
