The second and final precon for Neon Dynasty is the Vehicles-matters Buckle Up precon. With Kotori, Pilot Prodigy at the helm of the best mech on the plane is Tameshi's mentor.
All the kappas in the Neo Kamigawa sets look different from each other to the point where I don't think they're all cloned from the same kappa. Is there a Shell of the Second Last Kappa going around that Kappa Cannoneer was cloned from, or were the kappas brought back from extinction some other way?
ok this is beyond the worst reprint value i have ever seen in a deck ever they just refuse to reprint Tailsmon of progress just put it on the reserve list if you don't want to reprint it.
the one and only notable reprint in the whole deck is mirage mirror
heck even the vehicles choices were wrong and could have put better ones in
i would have said Cosima, God of the Voyage and Conqueror's Galleon but we all know wizards refuses to give up this fight on against the fans on printing DFC cards in precons due to printing issues.

Prodigy's Prototype is as well, they are listed separately due to not being in gatherer yet.

"You can tell how dumb someone is by how they use Mary Sue"
How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.
Playing since 1994: Currently MAGS (HomeBrew),Standard & Pauper (Pioneer and Modern are degenerate trash formats)
STOP using "dude/bro" as a pejorative or insult. Grow up.
Margaret Thatcher: “The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money.”
Benjamin Franklin: "Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."
Martin Luther King Jr.: "I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character."
My paper comment was in reference to a poster being made of paper.
But you bring up an interesting point. It would be cool to see a Shapeshifter Golem or Construct made in Origami style that would fold and assemble itself to be a copy of whatever creature.

okay I know the reprint value is awful, but I might need to grab one of these and strip it down for parts some interesting stuff in there.
The reprint value is awful on purpose because one, high end reprints would increase the cost of the products and two, it would be publicly acknowledging the Secondary Market. The reason why they choose to do reprints with The List is because it's more discreet by adding them in random booster packs than be a guarantee in a Commander Pre-Con by getting Wizards of the Coast / Hasbro in legal trouble.

They've publicly acknowledged the secondary market numerous times thanks to various reprints and products, so that would be nothing new.
As for "it would increase the price of the product" they could just keep printing the product which would drive the price down of the reprint to the point where the product is no longer more expensive. It's a lame excuse that WotC uses so they can put out expensive products and make customers feel like they're getting a good deal.

Really doesn't help that Vehicle support is really cheap. The most expensiveVehicles to add to the deck are less than $3 together.

If only "print more duh" worked for True-Name Nemesis instead of just making those precons disappear for almost a year.

When the only way to acquire a Legacy/Vintage strength card is to buy a $30 product people will flock to buy the strong card. When it was printed in an actual product (Battleborn) that was far from the issue showing it was more a problem of where they printed it initially rather than a reprint problem.
I do agree that the vehicle support and value is low, but they could have backed it up with something as simple as Emeria (boy do we need another mono color Commander year to get those and the Medallions reprinted) or a shockland in each before they get too expensive again to not be able to put them in Commander precons.

Publicly acknowledging the Secondary Market would be like putting it out as an official press release on their website or say directly through Social Media outlets that they're going to reprint these cards sometime in the near future which would allow for inside trading to be caught in the public eye more so than it has with set name themes only giving hints and clues.
The price of reprints would go down If they printed more of the product however I think this could be very well due to supply chain issues as it's completely out of their control but it was much worse with Time Spiral Remastered and Jumpstart where hardly any LGSs were getting enough pallets of the product in from their local distributors.

They're not going to reprint a shockland in the same year as Unfinity. The better sticking point might be that this is the third WU precon in 12 months and yet we have zero Talisman of Progress reprints.

Decklist is here.
Here are the white cards.
And the blue cards.
Now we can drive off into the preview season sunset with these two Vehicles.
But the reprints are considerably worse..

these are all vehicles not in the deck

Last time I checked it was spelled Impostor.
EDIT: Well apparently you can spell it either way. Guess I'm just old school.

A lot of the mechs/tech are inspired by origami, but it's metal as stated by the cardname and flavor text in Thundersteel Colossus.
