Anchor to Reality 2UU
Sorcery (Uncommon)
As an additional cost to cast this card, sacrifice an artifact or a creature.
Search your library for an Equipment or a Vehicle, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle. If the mana value of that card is less than the mana value of the permanent sacrificed this way, scry 2. The Wanderer breathed a sigh of relief when the Reality Chip anchored her unstable spark to Kamigawa.
Prosperous Thief 2U
Creature - Human Ninja (Uncommon)
Ninjutsu 1U
Whenever one or more Ninjas or Rogues you control deal combat damage to a player, create a Treasure token.
3/2
Tinker gets nerfed into the ground, and meets the second monoblue card to care about Treasure that has nothing to do with Pirates.
So Wizards is saying that attaching the Reality Chip to the Wanderer temporarily let her stay in Kamigawa longer...I still don't have the greatest clue how the Wanderer's spark works, which is saying something after reading all the Neo Kamigawa mothership stories.
Looks like "Anchor to Reality"'s best tutor target is likely Kaldra Compleat. ...I guess you don't need to splash white for Stoneforge Mystic?

Elspeth and Jhoira rock my world.
I don't know that I'd call it "substantial" treasure creation. With it saying "one or more", you're limited to one treasure per turn.
And as for anchor to reality
Here in edh played amount
https://scryfall.com/search?q=type:equipment&order=edhrec&as=grid
But for highest mana value best targets Elbrus, the Binding Blade, Kaldra compleat, Argentum Armor or Embercleave
