Ooh, constellation would really like this in Historic/Modern. Means you gotta commit hard to white but it's doable with all the fixing available (read: Treasures) in pretty much any format.

I wonder if all of the high mana costs are leading up to something. In the same way that enchantment spirits in VOW lead to Kamigawa, I’m noticing a high density of high pips (including a couple of cards from Midnight Hunt)…
…but I’m not sure how that would lead into a set of 3-mana gangs… though dominaria is coming up afterwards and that’s the set that gave us the goblin chainwhirler cycle, so who knows?

Possibly just providing mono-color incentives before Streets of New Capenna starts pushing 3-color too.

God I miss goblin chainwhirler.
Anyway there's only one clear answer: devotion for instants/sorceries.
Finally asymmetrical Open the Vaults for only additional W in my EDH decks. About time.
Agreed. I've constantly looked at Open the Vaults for my deck, and kept removing it due to the symmetrical aspect. There are a lot of artifacts in EDH, so bringing back everybody else's artifacts and enchantments is not a good idea late game.
The midpoint between Replenish and Triumphant Reckoning, aka Open the Vaults but more expensive so it's one-sided.

...And what does that mean about the new definition of "Sisters of Flesh and Spirit"?
