"Now you too, can own a piece of multiverse history with your own replica of Bolas s Citadel right in the heart of Eiganjo. For just 500,000,000 Megacredits, this stunning example of prefab architecture is a must-have. Call now."
Second art down look at name at bottom left of it they sometimes mention the card name on the art.
You might notice something alarmly identical about the name
The name is similar, but I can't even match the art to any of the buildings. So is this a variant art? or fake?
I'm guessing variant. I'd suspect fake more if it was an exact match. Name and art of a card handed to you in an article makes faking much easier.
Also, that's incredibly strong. Guessing mono white in standard is not going anywhere. Their creatures remove your stuff already, now their lands will too.
The problem with defining this format by what is "fun" is that everyone seems to define fun as what they don't lose to. If you keep losing to easily answered cards, that means you should improve your deck. If you don't want to improve your deck, then you should come to peace with the idea that you are going to lose because you chose to not interact with better strategies.
I'll be honest; I totally forgot about those. Five years is a long time to not think about a pretty meh land cycle.
Are there any cycles currently missing allied lands?
This cycle might be too powerful, but Horizon Canopy is still missing its four allied friends, while the enemy cycle has already been completed (e.g. Sunbaked Canyon).

The Odyssey filter lands, enemy slow fetches from Mirage, I'd like a cycle for Krosan Verge, the various Time Spiral lands, and some others I'm sure I'm forgetting.

I think they've said a Grove of the Burnwillows cycle is a no go due to basically being original duals in control.
I'd personally love to see the Nimbus Maze cycle completed, though.
Edit: Also, probably worth pointing out that we are unlikely to see a good cycle of duals in Neon Dynasty because standard currently has the Pathways and the new slow lands. So maybe enemy Cloudcrest Lakes?

I certainly may be wrong but I feel like they want to avoid "exert lands" (for lack of a better name due to memory issues.

Could be, that would explain why they did 3 cycles of them back when they commonly just did allied lands and never revisited them in the modern era of color pair equality.
Uprising is a very interesting design, as unlike a lot of "create X tokens" effects, 2/2s with vigilance, menace, and haste are actually somewhat legitimate creatures. I think there will be two distinct possible homes for it, aggressive decks looking to just push through the last bit of damage, and decks that break the symmetry of it somehow.
Might seem like a lot, but with a transformed Avabruck Caretaker on the field, cast this pre-combat and swing with X 4/4 samurai who are in desperate need of a coffee.
My mind is demented that way.

Honestly, it wins points for flavor. A deck with that goal in mind could easily be called 47 Ronin or The Night Attack on the Sanjo Palace,
I think the two art is going to be like with the basics, where you get a past variant and a futuristic variant. Maybe this uprising is the cause of the modernization.

looks like a Kabira Takedown on steroids, mostly.
specially because this is easier to recurr with stuff like Life from the Loam or Wrenn and Six
also, the first copy is mostly auto include in anything running more than a Plains.
this also shows that "Legendary matters" is a theme on the set, so it might be finally Bard Class's time to shine.

Port Town
Choked Estuary
Foreboding Ruins
Game Trail
Fortified Village
You mean these?

This cycle might be too powerful, but Horizon Canopy is still missing its four allied friends, while the enemy cycle has already been completed (e.g. Sunbaked Canyon).
There are also very partial Future Sight cycles like Grove of the Burnwillows.
Horizon Canopy is the only allied land in its cycle.
