I am not disagreeing in any way. Edgar is terrible for what it did to Vampires (and we will be learning if Yuriko did the same to ninjas soon enough...)
Pretty surprised by the comments on the video of so many who think Eminence is ok and fun to play with.
Our playgroup pretty much instantly banned eminence Commanders. Getting some awesome bonus without having to do anything is just not in the spirit we decided.

Just a little heads-up: the images used to preview Kamber, the Plunderer is missing the important "an opponent controls" phrase. This is corrected on the Oracle text, the extended-art, and thankfully, the printed product. We'll be updating the image when Wizards uploads the corrected version.
We've confirmed that this is an issue with the card images and doesn't reflect the final printing of the card you'll find in the Crimson Vow Commander decks. The rules on the printed card will match the Oracle text.

Well...I am happy I didn't speculate on pitiless plunderer 2.0.

Great, so the card is total crap now, wonderful work ...
With the amount of "mistakes" like that, the quality control of WotC is as atrocious as ever (in the past the errors where mainly in translated product, now its in the original english product in increasing numbers).
All printed versions of the card are correct - only the apoiler is in error.
No one's going to actually notice that, the general community will just be excessively angry about it, then see the card is correct and suddenly stop talking about it like nothing happened.
so kamber went from forgettable but potentially interesting to build around
to junk
neato keen. sure would be nice if they used the money they rake in to make sure things like this don't happen any more, then again it'd have also been nice if blood tokens were mechanically interesting instead of a *****ty clue variant so whatever **** me i guess
Wizards should return the brawl decks lol most of the reprints are like meh (outside of a few). Its not like they can’t design brawl decks the first 4 were a sucess(in standard, commander, modern, pioneer) and even tho brawl isn’t really a format outside of arena, commander after the first 5 decks weren’t a huge thing outside of sidetables of tournaments (forfun zone). I kinda have a felling that if we got brawl decks instead of 100 cards commander decks the new cards overall would be more apreciated by all types of players.

You're mad that they sent the wrong png file? When every printed version of the card is correct? Are you just being mad because it's cool to be mad at this point?

The zombie deck was pretty good

How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.
These are pretty trash it seems. Vampires are just a huge miss across both sets.
I strongly disagree. They managed to make an overly saturated tribe interesting. Too bad the power level is kinda low and they only had one set to do that. 5-6 interesting blood token cards (like bloodvial purveyor, glass-cast heart and arterial alchemy) with a related mardu legend would have spawned a new, interesting way to play vampire.
The planted interesting seeds for blood tokens but limited restrained their designs too much

I'd say that having only 5-6 interesting cards in the mechanic when so many were devoted to that mechanic is a miss. Whether you like the concept itself or not is another issue to me. The execution was a fail.
I mean, personally, I don't even find blood tokens unique or interesting. I just see it as another reskinned and underwhelming clue token. But, if you like the mechanic and still only like a few of the cards then I am not sure vampires don't feel like a miss.

While not interesting or unique it does mesh with the Vampire tribe as many of its creatures use maddness effects. I guess the best way to think of them is a quality of life addition for those that want more madness or put it into the graveyard enablers, how effect they will be will be determined once they hit the market.

Never forget whose grace and favor led to your success and always give your thanks, otherwise you might be doomed to loose it.
Patron of the Vein and Nirkana Revanent are both overpriced for what they do (I hear that people were speculating on Patron, raising the price in case it didn’t appear here) as they have never been reprint.

You obviously haven't played against storm, combos, or stax if you think Eminenece is ban worthy. Edgar is really good but you need to put your big boy pants on and accept that powerful cards exist.
