Geralf's really mastered his craft. He can take anything and turn it into a skaab ready to rule the skies: cheapzero-power creatures, locked-down creatures, annoying downside mechanics on largebodies, death triggers no one else wants to touch, Leviathan Crabs, anything his sister stole from your opponents, ANYTHING.
Pretty good, but also pretty safe. Considering most Zombie decks are usually either aggressive or care about tokens, Sir Mix-a-Lot here isn't doing much with his second ability, but a decent body that gives your entire board evasion might be good enough for Standard or Historic and hey, sometimes he'll give you dies triggers or let your zombies dodge removal.
He seems better suited as a build-around instead of a support piece, but I'm not convinced he's strong enough to pull it off outside of Commander. Sure in Standard you can sac a Charix, the Raging Isle and that's cute but then your 17/17 flier dies to Fading Hope so you better make it count.
I really wish they'd clean up the flying templating, for this card in particular and have "Your zombies fly".
I think it's much better to say it has flying, because "flying" is a technical keyword/term for MtG. MtG is a highly technical game, this is to avoid confusion and so we understand some things on a technical level rather than a grammatical level. But I do understand why you want it worded that way for it is easy to read (grammatically speaking) and more natural.
Considering the fact that he creates a zombie that looks like his sister, it would have made for a more flavourful and interesting card if he could create clones (that are zombies), instead of just X/X zombies.

Well he kinda uses his sister's method as inspiration for this iteration
If it weren't for the creepy zombie in the art, I would be all over this. Damn it's such a remarkable, handsome piece. Geralf and his laboratory are amazing. Can't stand that nasty (albeit well drawn and painted) zombie. Ughhh it just gives me the icky creeps.

But then they'd have to clean up the rest of the keywording templates, which would result in:
Your creatures haste.
Your creatures vigilance.
Your creatures deathtouch.
Your creatures lifelink.
Your creatures ward.
Glad to see he's gone from exiling creatures to sacrificing them instead. Was very pleased to see that. Not sure what making a sister zombie in the art has to do with zombies flying but whatever. They just put in Hordewing Skaab in the Zombie commander deck and this is already better than that.

That is a fair objection

This new artist Brian Sola has been creating some high quality art for the game lately. I’ve taken notice. Remarkable artist
