There's our “Choose a number between 0 and 13.” card.
So this is a complete board wipe if you want it to be, and it kills all their creatures and all but some of yours if you don't. Interesting; costing 5 mana can be a bit ugly, though.
Since when white does sacrifice effects? Even in the very recent article of MaRo on the color pie, it's clearly stated only black and red can make sacrifice creatures and that no other color is secondary or even tertiary about it
I guess it's not really a break since the card doesn't undermine any color weakness and white can do mass exile effects anyway, but flavorwise really annoys me to no end.

They are letting vampires bleed into white some and this works well in aristocrat decks that trigger on the sacrifice.

“There are no weak Jews. I am descended from those who wrestle angels and kill giants. We were chosen by God. You were chosen by a pathetic little man who can't seem to grow a full mustache"
"You can tell how dumb someone is by how they use Mary Sue"
its decent but it feels more black than white and its in a color thats bloated with board wipes so its hard to care about anything other than how jarring it is to see in white
and Even worse for commander Negan, the Cold-Blooded (or mtg variant TBA of when that will show up) you can get up to 39 treasure tokens with him in play since he says “whenever a opponent sacrifices a creature create a treasure token” and picture that with revel in riches also in play and even further again with Goldspan Dragon you got 78 mana

It's a weird variant on it but White gets "sacrifice wraths" sometimes, see: Single Combat, Slaughter the Strong, Tragic Arrogance and Cataclysmic Gearhulk. Of course, the main difference here is that said "sacrifice Wraths" are usually variants on balancing effects, so I do agree with you it's definitely not the kind of effect White usually gets. I don't mind it that much though, it's a cool effect that plays well with White's go-wide themes.

You know how Blue gets every single card draw effect, even ones "locked" to other colors, and Green gets mana ramp, even those "locked" to other colors (think Treasures)? Well, white gets every single board wipe effect, including those "locked" to other colors.
i think they should stop adding mass removal like there is good creature that can survive them, i actually want to see more resistent creature than anything else, i'm tired of something that die at the moment it enter the battlefield, especially if it's more than 5 mana...
This feels like removal designed for aggro. Say I'm using Adeline, Resplendent Cathar have lots of chump human tokens that I can sacrifice and force them to kill off some biggies allowing my remaining creatures to sweep through unopposed. I reckon any white aggro deck will be running this sideboard to deal with other creature heavy decks who go big and not wide.

That's a good point. Also with a deck with lots of Pest tokens a la Sedgemoor Witch (a she creates a body when you cast it to give your creature buffer +1), or decks with decayed.
I remember the backlash I got for suggesting the effect of Innocent Blood for a white-black hybrid card. Here we are now. The efect has appeared in white and more.

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.

I find it hilarious you can even choose 0 for the world's most underwhelming Prowess trigger.
You choose on resolution, so sometimes 0 might be a sensible option, e.g. when the opponent sacs all his creatures in response.
Btw, it is 0-13, right? And not 1-12? The word 'between' feels a bit ambiguous.
Between would imply 1 to 12 then. Not sure what the ruling is on this. I'm with you it should have said "choose a number from 0 to 13".

I'm sure they intended you to be able to choose 13, the magic number for Innistrad, but the "between" is unfortunate.
The fact that on resolution you can choose 0 or another number than what might have been correct/obvious upon casting is really cool and clever. I like the idea of just choosing 0 if they sac their stuff in response, or changing the number based on whatever instant speed trickery they might have.
I think the reason for the choice of 0 as an option might have to do with the new dragon Manaform Hellkite as it triggers it's ability but doesn't kill any of your creatures in case it is the only one you have out.

Or if your opponent/s sac their entire board to something else in response to the spell, and you're about to X-for-1 yourself.

Since the dawn of Magic.
White cards from the beginning of Magic all the way up to Ixalan have had sacrifice in white.
It's definitely in White. That's 11 cards besides By Invitation Only. Sacrifice is in white. Especially symmetrical sacrifice.
