First up, here are some things you can expect:
• The following counter types: bloodline, croak, invitation, judgment, omen, slime, and suspect
• A new mechanic that removes something never removed before
• A popular and powerful creature card from an Innistrad set gets reprinted
• A new artifact token, along the lines of Clue, Food and Treasure
• A card that makes Red Dragon Illusion creature tokens with flying and haste
• A mechanic that first appeared as a faction mechanic returns
• A new legendary creature card that combines two characters that previously each had their own legendary creature card
• A new card that lets you cast certain cards off the top of your library
• A new mechanic which is a mirror of an already existing mechanic
• A legendary character returns, but now as a Vampire
Next, here are some rules text that will be showing up on cards:
• “Choose a number between 0 and 13.”
• “with mana value less than or equal to the number of Vampires you control”
• “If it’s red, you may cast it this turn.”
• “Zombies you control have flying.”
• “At the beginning of your upkeep, any opponent may sacrifice a creature.”
• “Kraken, Leviathan, Octopus, or Serpent”
• “twice that many of those tokens are created instead.”
• “Whenever a Human you control dies,”
• “equal to the number of permanents you control that are Spirits and/or enchantments.”
• “Then if you control exactly thirteen permanents,”
Finally, here are some creature type lines in the set:
• A new legendary creature card that combines two characters that previously each had their own legendary creature card
I'm gonna guess Hal and Alena.
• A legendary character returns, but now as a Vampire
So their isn't a ton of legendary humans on Innistrad (I took out the werewolves);
Older characters:
Hal and Alena- maybe but I'd think they stay Gruul colors
Thalia/Oldric- Might have been turned due to the vampires getting bolder and similar to Mikes being turned into a zombie, shows things are getting worse
Characters from the last set;
Adeline- maybe she has a lore bit about her brother being turn but would be really *****ty to do if they are setting up her and Chandra and she get turned into a vampire.
Eloise/Kyler- Maybe though would kinda just be random as they don't have much about them besides the bio.
Gisa/Geralf/Jadar/ Ludevic- I could see this to maybe help some cross tribe stuff (vampires who make zombie tokens ect) but also might keep they as "zombie" creatures
Katilda- Possibly the attack on her by Olvia mixed with the magic of the failed ritual since its hinted she's not fully dead but long shot imo.
Lynde- I don't think so since it feels like she was added in as a curse commander and doesn't have lore relating to the current story.
Lier- Maybe as the final step as a storm priest by Runo but still seems like little lore.
Lenore- similar to Thalia/Oldric in that could show the vampires growing power but she also kinda minor.
Rem/Vadrik- as now buddy vampire hunters we could see them become one in that story space of a vampire slayer gets turned.
But over all my gut says its either Thalia or Oldric.

A new legendary creature card that combines two characters that previously each had their own legendary creature card
Thalia and Traft? or Alena and Halana?
A legendary character returns, but now as a Vampire
There aren't many... If we count out Angels, Ghost, Zombies and known dead characters I just can see Thalia and Odric? in a Innistrad Set at least. Or he is including the legends from Midnight Hunt... than Lynde, Adeline, Gisa, Jadar, Lier, Rem, Saryth, Vadrik, Katilda, Tovolar (can Werewolf be turned to vampires?)
I think it will be Adeline or Katilda.
Legendary Creature – Kraken Horror
Kralmar?
twice that many of those tokens are created instead.
One of the Vampire Nobles is obviously Olivia Voldaren. She's gone from just a "Vampire" to "Vampire Knight" so "Vampire Noble" is obviously the next logical step. The other could be Edgar, given that his previous typing was "Vampire Knight" as well.
Kraken Horror could be the Kralmar, the thing some of the cultists worship around Nephalia. It's been corrupted by Emrakul, so that could explain the type (though likewise, could be a Kraken Horror normally.)
I think the ones with the best shot are Adeline, as her backstory explicitly involves vampires, and it could be some dramatic irony; Ludevic, since they've been explicit about his dying and subtle fears about it for a while now; Rem Karolus for similar reasons as Adeline; and mmmmmmaybe Thalia. Possibly something about her spirit possession being used to counteract the negatives of being a vampire without removing the upsides plus "We just saw the worst crisis ever, we need all the power we can get." She's lived through enough crises as is.
A legendary character returns, but now as a Vampire
I know it's a super longshot, but maybe it's Sorin being de-sparked and being just a vampire creature? The teaser says a legendary character, not a creature, so maybe he's a DFC with a planeswalker on the front and a creature on the back?
That being said, I HIGHLY doubt it would happen, but it might be a cool story beat if Sorin somehow gives up his spark to fix the eternal night issue, what with his whole "Innistrad needs balancer, the humans can't just get slaughtered by the monsters" ideology. I also haven't finished the Midnight Hunt stories yet, so there could easily be something that points away from that.
Um... the two people in one card could totally be Olivia and Edgar. You know, to show off the marriage of the set.
I think that the re-used faction mechanic will be either bloodthirst or spectacle, just looking at the “if dealt damage this turn” theme that vampires had in midnight hunt.
Note that the powerful/popular card coming back is a creature (not parallel lives). My bet is on either Blood Artist or Restoration Angel (I’d have liked it to be another DFC like delver but Thing in the ice is unlikely right after printing the dragon version, past werewolves can’t be reprinted as they lack daybound/nightbound, and I can’t think of any other powerful Innistrad DFCs).
maro said many many times innistrad spirits are azorius a warlock is black vast majority of the time there’s only 4 warlocks that have blue and 3 of those are multicolored
Now this card is likely Katilda since Olivia killed her on the ending so based on this it’s probably a bant or loses green for blue legend but the point is maros likely going outside the confort zone for spirits in innistrad
• “Kraken, Leviathan, Octopus, or Serpent”
• “equal to the number of permanents you control that are Spirits and/or enchantments.”
• Creature – Serpent Egg
• Creature – Eye Horror
• Legendary Creature – Kraken Horror
This.

While true, Decayed was never removed by name before. I could see something like Archetype of Courage for decayed on a enchantment or artifact (Creatures you control lose decayed...). I think the possibility is higher than removing emblems to be honest.
"A new legendary creature card that combines two characters that previously each had their own legendary creature card."
Grandpa Markov and Olivia, it seems. Years past I was hoping for a card depicting the Fourth Sister (Liesa) and a demonic lover, but I suppose two vampires will do.

Nah I bet they're the Vampire nobles and it's Halena and Alana.
A new mechanic that removes something never removed before
Planeswalker emblems?
"Mechanic" implies something that would be done across multiple cards. I think it would be possible for a card to remove Emblems but I seriously doubt WotC would create a set of cards whose only real purpose is hosing something that's supposed to be both very rare and very powerful.
Here's an idea: maybe the mechanic removes certain costs? For example, maybe Vampires will be able to gain stuff like "blood counters", or maybe "blood vials" which are the new artifact tokens mentioned in the article, and said "blood counters/vials" can be used as a substitute for life payments or creature sacrifices.

Please just a card like Anointed Procession.

As for a legendary creature that could show up as a vampire: there's surprisingly few. Assuming there's no cross-pollination (so no Werewolf, Zombie, or Spirit Vampires), and it's a character who has had a card before, our options are: Adeline;Odric; Thalia; Lier; Gisa; Geralf; Jadar;Ludevic; Vadrik; Rem Karolus; Katilda; Alena; Halana; Eloise; Leinore; Saryth; Kyler; and Lynde.
My bet is on Spectacle. It works with the vampires from Midnight Hunt and would work with the whole party/voldaren wedding party stuff.
should be our first Angel Soldier I think.
that reprint is a creature according to the teaser
with that I’m really really hoping it’s craterhoof behemoth
